Mandarin homes for sale

Old oaks, river views and established neighborhoods in the southern part of Jacksonville along the St. Johns.

Mandarin is in the southern part of Duval County along the east bank of the St. Johns River, bordered by Julington Creek to the south. It has a long history. Author Harriet Beecher Stowe spent winters here after the Civil War, and the Mandarin Museum and Walter Jones Historical Park preserve some of that past.

Today it's mostly residential, with established subdivisions from the 1970s onward, riverfront and creekfront homes, and large lots under old live oaks.
