About Taniya Refai

My story

I started working in real estate in 2004, long before I held a license. My early roles were in marketing and client service, and they taught me what clients remember about a move. It's rarely the paperwork. It's whether someone explained things clearly, showed up when they said they would, and seemed to care how it turned out.

I became a Florida licensed real estate sales associate in 2019 and today I work with buyers and sellers across Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Orange Park and the Beaches as part of Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage.

You'll hear from me directly, and you'll always know what happens next. I'd rather over communicate than leave you wondering where things stand.

I'm also honest when the answer isn't what you hoped. If a home has a problem, if a price is too high or if waiting makes more sense, I'll tell you.
